Affiliate disclosure

Some pages on MotoXSports may link to retailers through affiliate programs. If you follow one of those links and buy something, the retailer may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra.

The rules we keep

Specs come first. Stock sizes and specs are read from manuals and spec sheets before any retailer is considered. A commission never changes a value, a recommendation or which part size we list.

Every affiliate link is marked. A page carrying affiliate links says so on that page, near the links. Links to retailers are tagged as sponsored for search engines.

No paid placement in the data. Retailers cannot pay to appear in a parts list, to rank higher or to have a product described more favourably.

Sponsorship is separate and labelled. A sponsor may pay for a slot on a few pages. It is labelled “Paid sponsorship” before anything else, sits outside every spec table, tool and result, and its link is tagged as sponsored. The media kit has the rules every sponsor agrees to.

Stock size, not fitment. We list the size a bike left the factory with. Check your own bike before ordering; modified bikes can differ.

Current status

We take part in these affiliate programs. The list below is counted from the site itself each time it is published: every page carrying one of these links says so on that page, before the first link, and each link is marked as an affiliate link.

  • MotoSport, through Impact, since 2026-09-30: 6,612 links on 942 pages: 728 comparisons, 149 bike pages, 48 where-to-ride pages, 8 shop pages, 7 gear guide pages, 1 first-bike page, 1 tool page.
  • Alpinestars, through Impact, since 2026-09-28: 4 links on 4 pages: 4 gear guide pages.

The tire size decoder, chain length calculator, service schedule and My Bike also draw a few marked links into the page as you use them, below the tool and never inside a result.
