Big news in Anaheim where the Dirt Wurx crew turned back the pages of history to one of the greatest SX races of all time and built a replica racetrack of the '86 Anaheim event. Fans and riders alike were stoked on the outcome and it was an eventful night of racing as a result.
James Stewart wound up re-injuring his knee in practice and will possibly miss the remainder of the SX season, but Chad Reed was right there to pick up the slack, and the victory in the 450 class. Josh Hill put in his best premier-class ride on his factory Yamaha and scored the runner-up while his 250F teammate, Broc Hepler, did likewise in the Lites division behind Rockstar Makita Suzuki's Ryan Dungey.
